When your operation has logic the off-the-shelf version can’t configure — multi-day long-distance jobs, storage-in-transit, brokered loads, container/pod handling, or pricing rules that don’t fit standard hourly or flat-rate. If the standard Cardo CRM already covers you, we’ll tell you on the discovery call.

Can you migrate what we already have?

In most cases yes — customers, past jobs and key history can be brought over so you’re not starting from a blank system. We scope the migration during the requirements step.

Do we own it and can we host it ourselves?

You own your build and it runs on your own deployment. We host and maintain it on a monthly plan, and you’re never locked out of your own data or code.

How is this priced?

Custom moving builds start at $5,000 for the core, with Pro builds ($7,500–$12,000) for deeper customization and optional modules like routing, crew time tracking, payroll and inventory. Fixed scope, no hourly surprises.
