A move isn't one address and one price. There's a pickup, sometimes a storage stop or a second house, then a destination. The crew might be two movers or five. The job runs hourly with a minimum, or flat-rate — and then a customer adds a garage full of boxes on move day and the quote needs to change. Generic field-service tools choke on this. Starter, $79 is the office: scheduling and the calendar, leads and quotes with e-signature, multi-stop routing, drive-time estimates, invoicing, and card payments through your own Stripe account. It runs on email — there's no texting at this tier.
Pro, $179 is the one most movers want. It adds the crew's phone app — time punches, Bill of Lading signing, damage photos — plus time tracking so you can bill actual hours and payroll tracking so you can pay from those same hours, two-way texting with 1,500 texts a month, mid-job detours and added stops, and the Cardo AI Suite: automatic quote follow-ups and inventory pulled out of your call notes. The AI is part of Pro, not a separate line on your bill.

Yes. You can quote a job hourly (per-mover rate with a minimum) or as a flat rate, and the crew’s clock-in/clock-out time feeds the final invoice automatically. If the move runs long or a stop is added mid-job, the price recalculates so what you bill matches what actually happened.
Do customers get reminders before the move?

Yes. Automated reminders go out before the truck rolls, so fewer customers forget the date or aren’t ready when the crew arrives. Text reminders and two-way SMS — where replies land back in the same conversation thread — come with the Pro plan, which includes 1,500 texts a month. How do payments work for deposits and balances?
