How do payments get processed?

Card payments run through Square, so funds settle to your existing Square account. You can take deposits at booking, the balance at completion, and tips — all from the field on a phone.
Can my crew collect payment on site?

Yes. A crew member or technician can pull up the job, confirm the total, and charge a card before they leave. No invoicing from the office later and no chasing the payment next week.
Does the invoice match what actually happened?

For hourly jobs, the crew’s tracked time and any added stops or work flow into the total, so the invoice reflects the real job — not just the original quote.
Are there extra per-transaction fees from Cardo?

Cardo CRM doesn’t add a per-job surcharge on top of your subscription. Card processing is Square’s standard rate. You turn the payments module on when you want to collect cards in-app.
